Water Heater Maintenance
Manufacturers recommend having yearly maintenance done on your water heater. This will help the longevity of the water heater by keeping sediment very minimal. In Electric and Gas water heaters, sediment buildup can cause parts to malfunction or worse, can get into your plumbing fixtures. During our maintenance, we perform a flush of your water heater, test elements on electric water heaters, test the emergency relief valve, and further evaluate the water heater.
Tankless Water Heater Installation
Interested in having more efficient technology to provide hot water? Tank-less water heaters provide endless hot water. That means no more fighting over hot water or how long showers should last. Better yet, these units take up less space, provide better efficiency compared to traditional water heaters, and last 2-3 times longer than the average tank water heater's lifespan.
The Logical Membership
Our Logical Membership provides our customers with a sense of security for their home. This membership is for our most loyal customers who want to save money while ensuring their plumbing is safe and working correctly. Our membership includes:
- 1 Annual Water Heater Flush (end of membership, must pay full year to be eligible)
- 1 House Inspection, including Camera Inspection from Ground Clean-outs (end of membership, must pay full year to be eligible)
- 15% off each visit (up to $300 per visit)
- 2-Year Limited Warranty for work performed, applicable as long as membership is held (excludes Sewer Cleaning)
- Listed Member for Priority Call
